If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return it within 7 business days of delivery under the following conditions:

- refunds / exchanges are not available for custom made items. 

- refunds / exchanges are only available in the U.S.

- the item(s) must be returned in unused condition.

Refunds will be issued back to the purchaser's credit card or PayPal account.

Please note that in case of an exchange, there may be an additional shipping fee for the new item(s).
