RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Below details apply to online purchases only.  
Our physical stores have their own return & exchange policies. 

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return it within 15 business days of delivery under the following conditions:

- Treats and toys are not returnable or exchangeable. 

- Buyers are responsible for cost of shipping returned merchandise. 

- 10% of the item's original purchase price will be deducted from refund.

We are a small company, and most of our products are handmade with very small quantities in our inventory. This restocking fee is charged for re-packaging and spot cleaning. We are going to notify customers the total amount of the deductions before returning. Please understand that this policy helps a lot for us maintaining our business for a long run.

- If you bring your return items back to our store location, (145 Front ST, #G, Brooklyn NY 11201) there will be no charge for the restocking fee.

- Please contact us via lechienbleuny@gmail.com to obtain a return label.

- Refunds / exchanges are not available for custom made items. 

- Refunds / exchanges are only available in the U.S.

- The item(s) must be returned in unused condition with all Le Chien Bleu NY garment tags attached. Washed, damaged or soiled may not be accepted.

- Refunds will be issued back to the purchaser's original payment method.

- Please note that in case of an exchange, there may be an additional shipping fee for the new item(s).

- We have tried to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that show on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile phone's display of any color will be accurate.
